Skin-contact surface: 100% viscose (wood-pulp based fiber known for a soft, breathable feel and good moisture absorption, which can feel cooler against the skin).
Bottom layer: 100% polyester (helps improve durability and shape retention).
A fiber interlayer is used for added softness.

How to use a- Oven: Heat in a preheated 120°C oven for 15–20 minutes. Keep it away from heating elements to avoid discoloration; place it on the lowest rack and use only the top element. Add an oven-safe cup of water to help prevent drying. OR b- Microwave: Only in microwaves with adjustable power—340W for 2 minutes. Microwaves without power settings may overheat and damage the product. Add a microwave-safe cup of water to help prevent drying.
Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist. If too hot, let it cool. Place it into the inner pocket once safe. Never place the heated pad directly on your baby’s bare skin. Let it cool completely before reheating.
What is reflux? Reflux is the backflow of stomach contents toward the throat. In babies, spit-up can be common in the first months as muscles develop, often called infant reflux.
Recommended sleep positioning Parents are commonly advised to follow safe sleep guidance. After feeding, side-lying may be recommended in some cases due to choking concerns related to spit-up. For reflux positioning, the head end is generally kept higher than the feet.
How to wash Remove the mattress cover by unzipping; wash at 40°C by hand or machine. Foam can be hand-washed and air-dried. Remove side pillow covers by opening Velcro fasteners; wash at 40°C. Side foam pieces can be hand-washed and laid flat to dry. To wash the cherry pit pouch, remove the pits first and wash the fabric pouch at 40°C.
Note: Polyurethane is commonly used in foam products. Due to oxidation, polyurethane foam may yellow over time; this is generally described as having no negative impact on health.
This product is not suitable for carrying while the baby is inside.
